Using bots, hacks, dupes or paid services honestly is just a playstyle. It isn't fair to the people who play without them but they also freely chose not to use them. Using them supposedly has its risks but I am pretty sure Diablo 2 is not observed as it used to be back in the days.I personally never used any hacks but I also never played the game competitively. I played for the story, challenge, awesome OST and to slaughter those filthy spawns of Hell or just some cows.The past few years I noticed myself playing a lot more SP and on top of all without PlugY (Exceptions are play-throughs of Mods that fully change the game.). Just challenging myself in a game that I have played ever since 2003.
I have to say that with each weird challenge, I find something new in the game even if it is small.The only reasons that I would vote against the usage of any hacks are:. Mainly for the utter destruction of the 'Race to Level 99' (Let's face it, most if not all of the first to reach Level 99 characters on every new Ladder nowadays are bots farming for the XP.). Ruins the Team Play and the Search of In-Game Community (Bots running most of the games at any given time.). Chat Spam from Bots (Has an alternative to fix it but the issue really shouldn't be there in the first place.).
I bet some of you may have this question if you are looking to get into botting D2. There are the two main or big ones - Etal D2NT and Kolbot. Diablo II, sequel to the popular game Diablo, is a dark fantasy-themed Action role-playing game in a hack and slash or 'dungeon roaming' style. I basically play Diablo2 three different ways.On a Ladder reset - build a MF sorc than use that to create a Bowazon that can defeat Hell. As soon as that is done - back to single player since by then the bots have taken over.Offline 1.14 unmodded (other than ladder runewords) self found characters - create a character from scratch and try to get through hell self found. Think of it as an extremely slow, extremely casual version of speed run. The best do in a 4-6 hours it takes me 4-6 days.Offline Plugy with modded drop rates. Since I have found only one Cham in 10+ years of off and on battle.net play I want to be able to find stuff on my own in my lifetime so I slightly modified some drop rates for single player. I made runes drop a little more often but did not change the drop chances of each rune. I made Cows lvl85 since I wanted them to be able to drop every item in the game similar to the Pits/Ancient Tunnels/ WSK etc and I wanted to add them to my run because killing cows is fun.
Changed countess rune drop to include Zod. still a 1 in 5000+ chance of a Zod but running Countess is more fun than running LK chests for me since I at least get to kill things. Still have not got the Runes to make an Infinity or Faith yet but I think with time I feel I now have a chance where on battle.net it is bot or trade. Ozzy osbourne discography torrent pirate bay. Each monster/item level can be edited in text files.
The game is way more fun when you're rich. If you've been playing this game for 10+ years you are fucking sick of running through the game 'organically'i am so fucking done with act 3. I don't ever want to build that flail ever again.
I was done with act 3 10 years ago.you know what? I don't even like most of act 5 either. Act 1 is basically the only act i don't mind running through over and over and that's because it's pretty straightforward.i've done it thousands of times. I don't feel any rewards. I just want to be rich as fuck so i can do goofy summoning druid builds and shit.if blizzard were to fix anything, it should be much easier to get rich without having to trade or bot.
Because it's super easy to get rich through trading if you don't mind the grind. But you could go your whole life without ever finding a HR or soj in game (me). And fuck everything about that.
